Venice....

Okay, so we are doing a day in Venice on Saturday May 31st!

I have been spending some between studying time reading about some of the history of some of the art we are going to see, I am very excited....this is going to be really amazing.

I mean, you have to see the sketch by comedian Eddie Izzard who talks about Americans and our lack of contact with true history.... "They redecorated that building to how it looked 50 years ago! No way..no one was alive then!" :)
I am excited to see original pieces of art, sculptures, buildings from 1,000 years ago!

....I am being serious, this is not a feeble attempt to intermingle some 'nice' posts amongst the booze, amsterdam and speedo talk of earlier posts....so as to make mom happy :)
